We are living in a relentlessly fast paced world that is driven by external pressure and digital noise. Deep, meaningful connection has never been more important. We are often conditioned to find the answers we seek with the swipe of a finger in the palm of our hand. Instant access to information will not always lead us to the best path. The most profound insights come from learning to slow down and tune into ourselves, rather than what the world demands of us.
Life is full of surprises and transitions that are rarely linear. They’re not all inherently bad but they aren’t always easy either. They can arrive unannounced, complicating our relationships and challenging our sense of direction. When you feel stretched in every direction by competing expectations, finding the clarity to take a purposeful step forward requires intentional space.
My role as a coach is to provide that space — a professional, inviting, and non-judgmental environment where ALL are welcome. Here you will find a sanctuary of safety where you can pause, breathe, and recalibrate. Whether we meet in our peaceful office space, virtually, or out in nature is up to you. This is a space where you can share your story without judgement and have someone listen with curiosity as you discover the answers that were within you all along.
My journey began over a decade ago as a wedding officiant, a role that naturally evolved into coaching couples through the foundational stages of relationship and marriage. That, combined with years of my own lived experience have revealed a deeper truth: relationship coaching extends far beyond romantic partnerships. It is the fundamental practice of fostering meaningful human connection across the board. Relationships are the very pulse of our existence.
I frame this work around three essential pillars: connection to self, connection to others, and connection to the world around you. Whether you are navigating family dynamics, friendship, work/life choices or transitions, how you show up depends entirely on your relationship with yourself and your beliefs.
True transformation requires the courage to examine the systems and patterns that keep us stagnant. Whether you are facing new opportunities, a major life transition, unlearning limiting beliefs, or seeking to rewrite old habits, coaching serves as a portal to the change you desire. I am here to help you move through the unknown with renewed confidence and a clear sense of agency.
If you are seeking a safe, inclusive space to explore the dynamics of your life without judgment, I would be delighted to walk alongside you. We will move at your pace, exploring the places you choose to lead. This is your journey—whether focused on individual growth, couples, or broader interpersonal dynamics— you are welcome here. It would be my honour to partner with you as you use your own curiosity and creativity to explore what’s waiting for you on this path of self discovery. Let’s foster the connections that allow you to lead a more impactful and authentic life.

What is a Life Coach?
Imagine sitting on a couch or going on a walk in nature with your closest friend; that best friend who sees the best in you, never judges your life experiences, and challenges you to make strides each day to live your best life. Working with a life coach feels like being with a best friend; liberating, safe, and like you’re finally being understood and allowed the space to be true to yourself.
Seeking support is crucial for rebuilding a life you love living and taking the first step is often the hardest part!
A Life Coach’s main intention is to create safety in your sessions, starting with where you are at this very moment. A coach will help you stop living life stuck in old patterns, feeling a lack of passion, pursuing comfort over fulfillment and lacking deep connection in your relationships.
I believe we don’t just wake up one day suddenly doubting, criticizing, and not loving ourselves. We don’t just spontaneously decide we don’t have value and that we aren’t good enough.
These are learned behaviours. Ones that are learned from repeating the same behaviours of inner self-harm.
Unpacking a lifetime of feeling this way is a journey that I will walk with you so that you can achieve the unrealized potential of self-worth, love, and acceptance that you’ve had all along. And that you are so deserving of.
I am honoured to help support you in accepting and loving every part of your true self. I intend to hold and create a safe space for you and allow you to unpack the vulnerable parts you’ve been holding back without fear of judgment, shame, or correction.
Let the journey towards freedom from within begin!

Before beginning my journey toward becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, I worked as a receptionist in a multidisciplinary clinic, completed a year of kinesiology at UFV, and spent time volunteering abroad in Hawaii, supporting local communities. These experiences deepened my understanding of holistic care and solidified my desire to work in health and wellness.
My motivation to become an RMT is rooted in a genuine desire to support others in their well-being. Having navigated my own health challenges, I know how powerful it can be to feel seen, supported, and empowered by skilled practitioners. Through massage therapy, I hope to offer that same care — creating a safe, grounding space for clients to relax, heal, and build confidence in their own health journey.
When I’m not in the clinic or at school, you’ll most likely find me outside — hiking, running, or exploring the outdoors with my Mini Dachshund, Maximus. I also enjoy playing sports, listening to music, and spending time with my sisters.
