We offer styles that are gentle, accessible, and therapeutic, making them ideal for those recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply seeking a restorative practice. Whether you're here to complement your massage therapy, improve posture, manage stress, or enhance body awareness, our yoga offerings can support your goals.
All bodies and levels are welcome. Come as you are — no experience required!
Coaching - In Person Sessions
Life Coaching, nestled in the picturesque, serene, and beautiful office atop Sumas Mountain, provides private sessions indoors with large windows that offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding trees, gorgeous scenery, and the soothing sounds of nature. Flexible booking times are available.
Coaching - Virtual Sessions
Relax and enjoy the convenience of virtual sessions, whether you’re at home, in your office, or even on the go in your vehicle. These sessions provide the flexibility to fit support into any busy schedule.
Coaching - Outdoor 1:1 Sessions
The location will be mutually agreed upon by the Client and Coach after booking!
Outdoor sessions provide a unique, nature-filled approach for clients who prefer not to be in a clinical or online setting. Walk, talk, and take in the fresh air while focusing on YOU! Nature offers benefits like stress reduction, improved mood, better concentration, and boosted physical activity!
Wellness Group Walks - Connect, Move, and Thrive
Join our supportive community for a 1.5 hour Wellness Walk, carefully designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
In this inclusive and therapeutic setting, you'll:
- Engage in gentle, guided walks to promote relaxation and mindfulness
- Cultivate meaningful connections with like-minded individuals in a small group setting
- Enhance your overall well-being through movement and social interaction

Group size: Minimum of 2 and Maximum of 6
Frequency: Weekly
Location: Outdoor walk in Abbotsford - location changes based on the day of the week and preference of the group.
