Group size: Minimum of 2 and Maximum of 6

Location: Outdoor walk in Abbotsford - location changes based on the day of the week and preference of the group.

Coaching - Sumas Mountain Wellness
Life Coaching, nestled in the picturesque, serene, and beautiful office atop Sumas Mountain, provides private sessions indoors with large windows that offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding trees, gorgeous scenery, and the soothing sounds of nature. Flexible booking times are available.
Coaching - Outdoor 1:1 sessions (location determined by the client and the coach)
Outdoor sessions offer a unique and comfortable approach for the client as you get to walk, talk and be in nature. These sessions are for clients who prefer not to have a clinical or online setting. You are allowed the flexibility to walk, stop and sit and take in the fresh air while working on the most important person; YOU! Spending time in nature offers numerous benefits for mental and physical well-being, including stress reduction, improved mood, enhanced concentration, and boosted physical activity.
